MISSION
Michigan-based mason Miguel Romero became my contractor to install a new walkway for my home. What was simply business became a collaborative barter relationship. He was only in need of his first website to showcase his work. So, I built him more to raise his brick higher.
IDEA
After adjusting a small spelling error in the name he addressed, I completely crafted his new mark from scratch, focusing only on the essentials of his expertise. The bold and blocky letterforms supported by thick bars was a no-brainer to me. I carried the impact of the mark into his new business cards and website, and allowed his work and team to really shine.
